Horrible customer service! I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. Initiative Access Control provides entrance gate remote controls for the apartment community where I own a condo and I called cause I needed a new remote control. I called twice within a few weeks and I was quoted a different prices every time I called in. It looks like they just make up prices according their mood and the time of the day... Lol Second, I spoke to Donna, the owner of the business, and she was extremely rude on the phone with me when I asked her politely why I had been quoted different prices and different shipping cost when I called. Once again, horrible customer service and very unprofessional to deal with customers. Would not recommend Innovative Access to anyone!
