  • Absolutely horrible experience with Budget in Las Vegas! If I could give 0 stars I would. Pick up process was completely disorganized. The agent could not have been more apathetic. Could not find our reservation, even though we had a reservation confirmation number. She acted like it was our fault. Did not walk us through any options, not a word about insurance options, gas options, etc. we were a clear inconvenience. Return was not better. Agent was so clueless that she didn't even know what I meant when I asked for a copy of my rental agreement. She kept trying to tell is the receipt was our full agreement. There was no manager on duty. Overall horrendous experience. I travel a significant amount for business and definitely think twice before booking with Budget in the future.
