Update on my Jeep. Sorry took me a while to update. I wanted to thank Miss Kimberly Hill for going above and beyond with helping me get my car issues fix. She had contacted me within 24 hrs after my review and took care of the problems. I brought in my car and left it for a whole day in order for them to get everything back in order. Not only did Miss Kimberly had my tank filled, gave it a wash, changed my oil, gave me a new Jeep Cherokee dealership rental (i might want to trade in my car to that by the way ) She also went out of her way of helping me get my daughter's car seat in the rental. Now that's what you call hands on customer service. I am a satisfied customer for sure. I am grateful for your help Miss Hill. oh and i forgot to mention, I'm also getting another free oil change on my next visit. Thanks again Miss Hill. You do a pretty awesome job at what you do!
