  • Whole staff is awkward except the taller dark haired girl In the office, she was nice. Everyone seemed afraid to have a conversation or smile. As for the service, Too much upselling - you're filling out the paperwork for your massage and they hand you a menu of add ons. When you're done they ask you if you want to join a membership. Then if you want to add a tip you are asked out loud to state the amount, which just seems invasive and uncomfortable. The masseuse I had, I wasn't wild about her technique - it just involved her digging her elbows into my back and really leaning into it. I asked for reduced pressure but it was about the same as before, so I just gave up. On a scale of Swedish to deep tissue I got, collapse a lung pressure.
