  • In the early mornings they often have a line of customers. While this feels like it should only take a short time, often it take several minutes 5-10 minutes to even order a drink. There are only 3 baristas working and one is often cleaning and talking to the other employees about personal things happening in there own life. The cashier takes their time and does not seem to value your time. They are trying to be polite by asking how you are doing but often extend the conversation and tell you how they are doing as well and have no sense of urgency. They often ask you to repeat your drink order so they can write it down and then again to ring you up. Pricing is inconsistent and some days cost more than others. Then you wait again for the bartista to make your beverage. Often they make the beverage incorrectly or ask clarifying questions. Once, a barista washed several dishes and cleaned the counter while I was waiting for my drink. It was finished, they just needed to put the lid on it and hand it to me. They do not say thank you or make anything personal.
