  • If I could give MORE than five stars to Mike and his team at Sonoran Cycles, i totally would. These guys were a total godsend for the quandary I had with the hybrid bike I purchased from one of my friends. It hadn't been used in a few years and needed a tune up. Then, to my luck, the part holding the front wheel to the body frame fell off when I tried to ride it first [and I fell off]. So upon Sonoran's discovery, the "frame" of the front tire was FUBAR. #firstworldproblem I first contacted them via the website to inquire about a general bike tune up and pickup/dropoff because my car is too small to hold a bike. Mike got back to me quickly about arranging one of the employees to pick it up at a convenient time for me and when dropoff would probably occur -- luckily their turnaround time was only a few days! When I called to follow up today, they let me know about the FUBAR front tire and the cost to replace - $45 is not bad! In total I spent ~$90 in total, and we were able to process payment over the phone. We figured out a time for delivery based on my need to be somewhere at a specific time. When the guy showed up, he took it off the rack & also gave me some tips on biking around Tempe. So very helpful, and the next time I need something for my bike I'll for sure go to Sonoran!
