  • we never saw so many shady "used car salesman" as with chapman. the salesman promises you stuff and when you go into finance nothing is written down. they make empty promises. they cover up flaws example. the trunk did not stay up and salesman didn't mention it. the finance guy adds phoney charges to your bill like vrg. this is a charge that you need to pay $799 in case your vehicle gets stolen. you can't opt out also charges and charges of phony fees that goes straight to the dealer. NEVER GO TO CHAPMAN they are real ripe off artists.
