  • I love lush products. Spend a lot of money on them and they really work. I'm from Miami and this is my first time in the store. The store was neat and tidy as expected. However this one star review is for the rude and unprofessional manager on duty tonight. I work in customer service myself and would never belittle a customers questions and requests. She Walked away while I was taking to her and I even caught her rolling her eyes and making faces at one of the other employees behind my back. I'm easy to get along with and don't believe the customer is 'always right' but have some decent communication skills and be respectful, especially when you are the so called manager. Sad experience. I won't be back.
