  • The only reason I go to this store is because of convenience, and every time I walk through the doors I cringe. Unlike the other review, Mark P., I have the opposite issue with this place. NO ONE WANTS TO HELP YOU! The issue with this store has only begun to happen in the last two years or so. Before that the main knock against the Source was that they couldn't compete with the big box stores' selection. In my worst experience at the store, and this is one of several, I walked in to ask about an alarm clock and the store was pretty busy. I waited patiently for an employee to become available, and once one was free I asked my question. I had to repeat the question three times because the employee had to ensure all his text messages had been replied to as he was just busy with another customer. We finally walked over to the area with the alarm clocks, when another customer stepped in and a question. Assuming the employee would reply with "just one moment, I am helping another customer" or "I will be with you in a minute", I was horrified, scratch that, pissed off, when the employee then proceeded to walk away from me and help the new customer. I walked over and said "excuse me" but was cut off by the employee who let me know he would "be with me in a sec, bro". I walked out, thanks for the help "bro". This location is the worst. Only go here if you know exactly what you need.
