  • The first car they gave me did not have a working light. Luckily I caught it before driving out into the night. How are they not checking their cars between clients?? unsafe. Google maps took me on a toll highway that I could not avoid (total scam there as I chose no toll roads). The charge was $5.10 and they are trying to charge me $74 for this!!?? Not to mention the copy of the original charges they sent me included the $5.10 charge and still only totaled $240 but they had at point of service already charged my card $250? Maybe all Canadian rental car services are scammy like this but I will never use this company again.
