  • We engaged Nutri Law for services based on a friend's referral. They were more than happy to accept our business and said that they will come out within a week to work on the Lawn. The credit card was of course charged right away (approx $300). They also said they would give us two days notice when they come out. A week goes by and we called to follow up and then he told us it's actually within 10 business days. So we asked for an eta when they would come out and the salesman (Name Nyles) said he cannot provide this. Why would you tell us within one week if you can't deliver that? But you're ok with charging our credit card right away? What a horrible experience. We will take our business somewhere else. Please stop telling your customer anything to get their business and not deliver on it. Salesman was upset when we cancelled because he lost commission. Great job!
