  • Do not use this delivery service! You will be very disappointed. They should change their slogan. They are NOT on time. I ordered a dress for an event that should have been delivered on the 6th. They lost the package and said they attempted delivery. I called the following day when it wasn't delivered and they said if it is found it will show online. The next day it showed the package was found and should be delivered that same day. At 4:30 that evening I called and they said the package didn't go out for delivery and I could come pick it up 30 min away from my house in 5pm rush hour traffic. I have a newborn and didn't have time to pick up the package! They should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely ridiculous!
