  • AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS I had a phone issue and the employee of this LOCATION decided that a hard factory reset was the best fix. He said I would not lose anything it was all backed up on the cloud. WRONG! They are uneducated young people folks.. run don't walk! Cost me thousands of $$ in lost his contacts. To top it off he didn't even finish the process. Most likely because he realized the mistake. Handed the Note 8 back to me as soon as he hit the factory reset button. Thanks for the help you little twit. I will be leaving Verizon and switching asap
