  • Awful- lying- unprofessional company Called on Thursday said would be out Friday then called and said huge slab leak and could not make. Labor day week-end so not working Saturday, Sunday or Monday-would be there Tuesday-called their truck is broken- will be there Wednesday to fix our problem.. We have been turning water off and on so we could have some water. Texted 5 times on Wednesday called twice -"They're on their way" then they will be there in a half hour. We finally texted we found someone else and plan to write a terrible Yelp review. You guessed they showed up 20 minutes later. We sent them on their way I am beginning to wonder about Yelp reviews-This company has good reviews-but is the worst company. We waited without water for almost 6 days. We coming,will be there said Freddy Fox Rooter- I also plan to call BBB and register a complaint against the company. Everyone has car problems- it was Labor Day week-end. We tried to be understanding but to continue to lie till 5:00 pm on Wednesday is terrible. . Avoid this company they do not deserve your business or your money.
