  • This is the second time I've come here and the second time that they've really made me mad. The first time the lady burned me a scalding hot water during a pedicure, and this time I went to get some acrylic nails removed and the way that they soak my nails in a ball acetone left my entire fingers up to the second knuckle dry, and also ended up getting very messy when the acetone broke down the acrylic acrylic got all over my hands inside the bowl and was very difficult to get off my skin later. Nail technicians didn't seem to know what to do about the fact that they got it all over my hands and continuously said "ohhhhh yea you got it on your fingers so you just need to wash soap and water lots of times and it will come off".... I'm like no you got this on my hands now u need to get this stuff off my hands- she starts saying soak my hands in the bowl of acetone again n I'm like no way- I'm leaving. I will pay someone else to finish the job properly.
