  • Embarrassing customer service. Bait and switches to get you on the lot, promising information that may or may not be true, promising to return your phone calls and inquiries and not doing so. So frustrating. Out of respect, I will not name the representative I dealt with but you'll know her as the self-proclaimed "fastest salesman in Las Vegas". Yeah right. All talk. I have never written a bad review on Yelp, but this deserved one. Awful.
