  • It was my first time eating there and I had questions, of course. They were willing to answer my questions, but you could tell everyone seemed tired or had an attitude. They messed up my order and I took it back. Then they got it wrong a second time. I tipped them well and I did not have a complicated order. I suggest you should go to another location, but unfortunately I will never eat at this bagel company locations again.
