Poor customer service. Walked into the store, the guy looks at me and continues to crouch down behind the counter without even saying hi. After 2 minutes he finally acknowledges my presence. Asked if he does purse repair and he says yes, so I proceeded to ask a couple questions about the types of purse repairs, and his response is "YOU NEED TO BRING THE PURSE IN" (sternly). Yes, I do understand it's hard to give a quote or to know exactly what I want done, but I was literally in the area shopping and unexpectedly came across the shop hoping to ask a couple questions. He spoke VERY rudely to me, continually telling me I had to bring the purse in. He could've said the same thing in a nicer and more respectful voice - I would've appreciated that more. This resulted in me walking away and telling him I will take my business elsewhere.
