  • While in Charlotte for work I was able to connect with one of my bridesmaids to be able to select her dress for the wedding in Indianapolis. I had the color and length set but was still on the fence with designers and fabrics. With bridesmaids all over the US and one internationals, nailing down the designer was a big one! Once finding out that NY Bride & Groom carried WToo and Watters (two of my top contenders) we had to go! While set up as more "self-service with assistance on stand-by" the selection and breadth of knowledge associates had made the experience smoother than anticipated. Dresses were very well organized and grouped by designer. While my bridesmaid's size wasn't available to try on, an associate helped find the similar style in her size to try on that gave a picture of how it would look. This helped me finalize the designer for all the maids! The associate helped get my Charlotte bridesmaid sized and explained the timeline she will need to follow for ordering. She will be returning to make her purchase in couple weeks!
