| - First time going to a hospital in America, being from Canada and having the best health care system i didnt know what to expect. What can i say worst experience ever.
My friend took a tiny fall on the strip and just needed to get cleaned up and banded, instead the paramedics scared her into going to the hospital, claiming she could clot etc. Its like they were praying on her cause she was shaken up. When we got to the hospital, while the paramedics were checking her in, i could hear them making fun of her, and saying how it wasnt a big issue etc. Clearly they just wanted to make money.
They almost talked my friend into getting a CT scan, and when we asked how much it was , no one could tell us.
If it was as serious as they were making it,
1. why are your employees making fun of the patients
2. the nurse was yelling at my friend,
3. the doctor, god dont even know how he has a license. Clearly he needs to take the ethics course again
4. employees fake like they have no knowledge about prices
ALL in all, if you are coming to VEGAS from outside, be careful. These people pray on vulnerable people. You can refuse treatment if you feel like you are fine, just have to sign that you arent liable. BE SMART! This is a money making place.
Feel bad for americans, thank god for free health care in Canada, woohooo
