  • After staying here every other week for 18 months, our family will never stay here again. The front desk couldn't care less about any concern you have and they will treat you poorly during your stay. The food from the kitchen is comparable to a buffet restaurant. The rooms are outdated and usually dirty. The only positives of this place are the close proximity to Sonrisa where they have awesome Coronaritas and the Bella Gelato shop that Linda owns. Please visit these two places because they know how to create value. The Hilton has to be the worst hotel to stay at. I am excited never to stay here again. Our family only stayed here because our daughter would call it a castle and even she got over the hotel. Haha
