  • This company "Gets It" when it comes to service, from appointment setup through job completion. Melanie was great getting the appointment set up (same day due to an afternoon cancellation) and then Steve arrived, listened carefully to my assessment and requests and then proceeded to get the job done right. He collaborated with a plumbing contractor I had working on my main water pipes to pinpoint the leak, which, initially was of unknown origin. This is "old school" customer commitment in the modern age. When some big digging was required in an area outside, I thought they were going to schedule me for another day to do the big work. Nope. Steve grabbed his pick axe and shovel and dug the massive trench he needed to access a main PVC water line. He explained in plain English what he was doing and why. He provided guidance while not pressuring me at all. I chose this company because of their service approach mentioned throughout these Yelp reviews, and the great service met/exceeded everything written here. Simply fantastic.
