  • Got my indash system installed yesterday in my BMW here . I spent well over a 1000 dollars after they nickeled and dimed me for everything. They told me that all new wires needed to be ran when my car was half taken apart. Since they are a professional car audio place you would think they would've known that BMWs use fiber optic stuff in the first place. It took them 3 hours to tell me and I ended up having to Uber home because it was going to take an additional 3 hours to rerun all the new wires. So, After picking up my car it sounded worst than when I brought it in. I took it back today to ask if they can hook up a sub and adjust it again. Assistant Store manager wanted to charge me $30 to run one wire to the amp and for "tuning" it. I asked the assistant manager is he really going to charge me after I spent a ton of money that wasn't necessary yesterday+ wasting half my day there. After raising my voice he became a smart ass and making stupid ass remarks. He said I have to charge you for the install which I thought was totally ridiculous. I was furious!!! I highly wouldn't recommend anyone going here and never, never spend a dime here! The Tempe store is great but this one is crap!!!!!!!! Please don't go here
