  • HORRIBLE customer service and mediocre nails. I went there yesterday wearing my comfortable clothes, aka bummy clothes, and they immediately judged me. I get there and the lady promptly seats me and begins the process for a gel manicure when another woman walks in and she rudely sends me to another chair, didn't even bother to help me take my purse and nail polish. The older woman helps me and starts to ask questions about my pandora bracelet and how expensive it is, which i found odd. She is doing a terrible job and seemed annoyed at me, at first I didn't know why but I quickly realized it was because she thought I didn't have money. She was asking all sorts of intrusive questions about my life and seemed shocked that I work at a law office, that I'm married to a white man, and shocked that I had a pandora bracelet, because you know they're expensive and how could I afford one. She then proceeded to gossip about a regular customer and her daughter, how "spoiled" the little girl was for getting her nails done every two weeks, are you kidding me? She then said I must not live in the area because I'm "Mexican." First of all I'm not Mexican and second of all who says that to a customer. The job itself is mediocre at best. If you want to get treated like a real customer make sure you go looking your best otherwise they'll assume you're as poor as they are. I have never felt more uncomfortable and offended in my life.
