  • Worst service ever had! My husband and I called two places and went with Castillo when he stated he could be there in 45 min where the other company stated an hour and half. Joke was on us when we waited for two hours for him to show up!! Blaming traffic, however when we kept calling you could hear kids in background like he was at home chilling. When he finally did show up with his whole family in the truck thank goodness I waited with my husband because the guy did have no room for him. Then mind you we where texting and calling this guy the whole time cause 45 came and went and then he couldn't find us and traffic issues. He got us all the way home finally 8pm and we're tired and hungry from waiting on the freeway for him the whole time he's going to state he's cash only WTH you couldn't mention that upfront or on one of the text msgs!! In this electronic plastic world we live in you need to state when your cash only! Never again with them!
