  • I use to love this hotel!! It's clean and not as smoky as Some of the others. My review is mostly on the pool every summer we have always come to Aliante to use their pool and pool Side service. It has always been so fantastic and always enjoyed our time there Yesterday it wasn't so enjoyable and we won't ever be coming back. First they don't have locals or military entrance discount anymore. It's $15 per person or $10 with players card. So for 3 of us it was $30 to enter. We have wet n wild passes that cost us $69 for the season. So coming here isn't worth it to us anymore. We can't bring snacks or food so we have to purchase their food and their expensive drinks that no longer have refills($4). So we spent almost $100 to visit the pool. On top of that, there is one particular lifeguard (blonde chick) who yelled and complained at anything and everything our 6 year olds did. Seriously, at one point they touched the beds you rent for the day and they were told they aren't allowed to touch it. Most bizarre thing ever. The boys also brought one small diving toy each to drop to bottom and swim down and get it. She yelled at them for having those. Another family had paddles and balls hitting that back and forth and our Kids couldn't drop toys to the bottom and swim for them. It literally was like we were under watch. Worse experience ever there The pool side waitress was absolutely the best person working there and she was all alone.
