  • wowWowWOwWOW! The W Montreal is the definition of decadence. From the decor, to the service to the locale, everything about this hotel is spectacular. We had a large party, 12 to be exact, spending New Years in Montreal and the staff at the W, especially concierge Mireille, made our trip worthwhile. The hotel is located in the smack center of downtown with a connection to the underground city. The Metro stop is literally across the street. Our rooms were gorgeous. From the comfy beds, to the large bathrooms (even though the bathroom lacked a door and had a see through blue curtain), it was still a gorgeous room. This hotel does seem like the place to go on the weekends, though. The bar downstairs constantly had a wait to get in around midnight and it was always packed with young locals. All in all, the W did not disappoint. Great service. superb locale and helpful staff make this the place to stay when you arrive in Montreal.
