The Good: They were nice and courteous when I purchased the carpeting and were able to come through on a time crunch.
The Bad: Their installers left carpet scraps and shavings all over the house and did not vacuum. About a year and a half later I have carpet coming up in the hallway and they refused to fix it due to a 1 year labor warranty. They offered to cut the service fee in half ($75) but I don't believe that is good enough. The carpeting should not be coming up after only 1.5 years. My mothers carpeting purchased at Lowes is absolutely fine after 5+ years and was a lot cheaper, I would just go to Lowes for my next carpet purchase.
