  • I initially sent an email inquiry in the evening, which was answered within an hour. I called the next day to set up an appointment and to my surprise Mark was able to come out the same day and complete the work. The same day! Now that's amazing. The carpets are nice and clean now and the customer service was spectacular. Mark was very friendly, helpful and made sure I was happy with the job before leaving. I had previously used another company, about 5 months prior...you know the one with the magic water. Well, they did a horrible job. Mark's work was much better and he at no time implied that I needed to replace my 3 year old carpet, like someone from the magic water company told me. I am very happy with Mark's work and would contact them again for future carpet cleaning.
