  • I have rented many time through Advantage and had some luck with great service. This time I had real bad experience. There was an issue with my reservation. Do not know the details, the agent was not interested in figuring it out. They had cars available but he just said they would be too expensive. He did not look it up or try to figure what happen or what we could do. Instead just said to go elsewhere. This was a chance for an odd situation to be taken care of with a "wow" moment and keep me as a customer but instead I got push to another company. I will take my every month rental to another company. Be aware, it is risky with this company.
