  • I was recently contacted by the general manager Carlos Echevarria to come in and talk to him about the changes he had made to make the dealership better since he had became the general manager. I must say that I was blown away by the fact that he took the time to contact me and truly wanted my opinion on how the dealership could improve. It was great to meet him and hear his past and future improvements to the dealership. I especially love the fact that he is trying to bring young people and people of all colors in to work at the dealership. If you are looking for a great car salesmen I highly recommend Mark Entress. He is very personable and just an all around great guy. I will defiantly give Rohrich another shot when it's time to upgrade my Lexus.
