I was told by the manager to first either write a new review or just take down my old post. Today she texted me and wants me to just take down my original review. Heres my new review of Love Diamond Nails: I went back to this salon only for them to fix their flaw. Customer service was slightly better. Nail techs station, however, was not clean. The nail tech did follow all proper steps when applying acrylic, unlike last time. I did have to reshape four nails myself so they were a half circle on top with no dips. I am a nail tech so I know exactly what should and should not be done in this industry. But on a positive note, after 5 days, not one acrylic has popped off. They did fix their mistake but I will still not be returning since the manager disturbed my household twice. It's not hard to build up a business if you have great employees. Any good salon shouldn't have this many errors in their work.
