| - I have mixed feelings about the salon (didn't have time/chance to check out the spa side). I came on 2 separate dates for services.
YES! this place is overpriced, however SOME services were worth it.
Mani/Pedi - My pedi was 30 minutes and mani was 30 minutes. Overpriced, I've paid for the same services (1/5 of the price) and received massages...nothing to write home about...Sigh.
Haircuts was worth it.
I had Marissa (adorable lady) and she quickly and precisely cut my hair! Normally I won't let someone non-asian touch my tresses b/c I always end up with a boring soccer mom cut, but she saw the shape, and the way i styled it and cut accordingly. Talented! I love my haircut, totally took the weight off the back. This was a pricey cut.
My 4 year old hit up the barber shop - um, yeah, he hit up the barber shop. WHAT A TRIP!!! He sat in the chair and let the magic happen. He's seen stylists all over and usually resists sitting on his own, and won't let ANYONE use an electric razor. However, something about this trip made him LOVE the pampering and behaved. He came out looking like a little man. The service wasn't expensive - was on par with kids cuts. It was pure magic that my kid came out without choppy hair!
PROS:
Everyone is delightful, respectful and kind.
Facility is clean.
Attendants are attentive.
CONS:
Pricey
They were running a little late (5 - 10 minutes)
Should call at least a day or 2 ahead, they seem to book up fast
