  • I returned to Phoenix from summer vacation to find a dead battery in my Prius C. Matt Rich at Right Toyota Scottsdale advised AAA service by phone about the battery configuration in the hybrid car and how to jump the starter battery. He arranged for my car to be serviced immediately at Toyota. I am nearing end of my lease period, and despite my service contract having already expired, Matt took it upon himself to replace the battery at no charge. I found his commitment to customer satisfaction laudable and fiscally intelligent for Toyota. As a result of excellent service, I am more seriously considering reinvesting with Toyota when the lease expires.
