  • Terrible experience with the framing shop at this location. I paid approx. $500.00 to have a print framed. I was extremely disappointed with the craftsmanship of the frame. The corners did not meet-up evenly, black paste was smeared on to try and camouflage the mistake. The hanger on the back of this 33" x 30" frame was attached upside down. I contacted the store and was advised by the store manager on duty to return it and to ask for her. When I arrived I was greeted by a pleasant and apologetic frame department associate; however the manager did not appear to speak with me. No apology from the Frame Shop manager either even after filing a complaint with the Corporate Office. I personally would not recommend this location for any large framing jobs .
