  • I went to Kane & Co twice to get my hair done. They sent me to one of the newer stylists who proceeded to hit me in the forehead with her brush at least 50 times, pull my hair and basically left me feeling like I had just had a beating. Not to mention, her scissors were not sharp. When she tried to diagonally cut my bangs by just sliding the scissors, they didn't slide. You can imagine what that felt like.
