  • DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Horrible customer service and product! My sister and I both bought hair extensions from this shop being told that we were buying 100% real human hair. When we went to style them with a flat iron the hair burned and singed!! I was lucky enough to be at a hair salon when this happened and that is when the hair stylists informed me that we were lied to and it was not human hair. I went back to the store to return them since they falsely advertised what they were selling. They got aggressive quickly since I had already sent in my hair stylist friend to help me out. Every associate raised their voice at me and stated "why would we lie" and that "we have been in business for 40 years." Of course I did not get my money back or real human hair extensions, so I hope to save someone the headache I went through by writing this review.
