  • I have used this store since it opened. I have used them for purchasing new products and performing repairs. Last year I had an issue with track pad. Cost about $100 to fix. About two months later, I had another issue. I brought it back. The guys said it was the logic board and would cost about $700 normally, but he would comp me on it. This laptop was 2 years out of warranty and got some good use over the time. I think because the repair was close to the time on the other repair - either way - terrific. Update - I have an intermittent graphics issue - the one that shows up infrequently and never when you want to show someone. I was able to get a screen shot of the issue... long story short, they put it through some heavy tests, as it did nto show up on diags initially. Found issue and replace. Also used their one to one training for Final Cut Pro. Also very happy with this service as well. Been able to learn many advanced aspects of the application. Well recommended. I am very happy with the new feature of being able to have product delivered to apple store that I purchase online. No more missed packages!
