I've been a loyal Jackson's customer for over 6 years... partly because I love my new cars and want them kept clean as much as I can. I pay a monthly fee and get a car wash once a week on average depending on my schedule but ever since Jackson's on Happy Valley tore off my antenna to my 2016 Kia Optima I've been less likely to go... still paying for my monthly subscription only to have been chewed out by a manager who told me it was "my fault" and that the AZ heat often makes antennas loose... Because a 2016 vehicle that I drive to my night shifts at the hospital somehow has a weak antenna... that makes sense. This car barely sees the daylight let alone the scorching hot sun in mid October. Nonetheless, I've attempted to call their local/regional manager whose failed to call me back over 10 times. I've left voicemails, emails, you name it. I am officially cancelling my membership this month. I've had no resolution from this lack of a company for months. DO NOT GO HERE!
