rev:text	I'm just starting the eighth month on my year lease on a property managed by Arete. It had been a vacation property for the last couple of years. I moved in 3 days after the last people moved out, so there were a few things that needed fixing. But over time, Arete has been a wonderful Management Company. Every time I had a problem or submitted a work order, the problem was fixed immediately. After 6 months, they asked to do an inspection. I was surprised. They really care about their properties and keeping everything in working order. I just got a new microwave! I'm thrilled! Thank you to Arete and Judy Nixon who manages this property!
