  • There are so many reasons I love U.S. Egg on Greenway. There may be a slight wait to get a table but once seated the restaurant is well staffed with attentive servers. I've never felt neglected while eating there. Food is excellent. I had the Gentlemen Jim's Famous Omelette with the outstanding mushroom sauce and it was delicious. The fact that the place is always busy even into mid morning is a testament of how good the food and service are. A very well run restaurant.
