  • Good food, terrible service. The hostess was not friendly at all. She told us we could wait outside for her to seat us. We awkwardly stood among the outdoor tables and waited for her to come out and eventually chose a table ourselves. The table had a teapot on it from a previous diner which nobody bothered to remove, the hostess "cleaned" the table with a paper napkin. The waiter was nice but didn't know a lot about the menu items. When our food was delivered we didn't have any flatware or napkins. We asked the expo for flatware and she returned with fork and knife. When we then said we needed napkins, which was obvious, she was clearly irritated. My boss, who I had brought to lunch, received the wrong item which she ate anyway. The waiter was kind enough to have the correct item prepared so she could take it to go. Coffee, tea or dessert was not offered at the end of the meal. The food was quite good but the poor service overshadowed it. Some of the employees at Crave need to look for a different field because hospitality is clearly not their strength. I will not return or recommend to anyone.
