I tried this place because it had good reviews on yelp. Here's my review on my service.
Pros:
-They took me in right away.
-Massage chair was pretty good.
-The overall decor is nice.
Cons:
-The worker did not offer me a drink. Like water. Nothing.
-Pedicure was rushed & I still tipped because I'm a nice person
-Regular nail polish selection was just alright.
-They asked me personal questions (in-front of other customers and nail techs who were obviously nosily listening in on our conversation):
1. Where I'm from
2. What my ethnicity is
3. Am I single/taken
-Like most Vietnamese nail salons, they talk crap in Vietnamese about their customers (either in front or behind their backs). So typical...
-I felt rushed when I was choosing my polish color.
-The worker massaged my calves but he/she forgot about massaging my feet.
-The massage was not 10 minutes. If I were watching the clock, I would say it was around 2-3 minutes. Half-ass massage...
-Where I'm from, they don't charge extra for length or shape of nails. They only charge extra for nail art per nail and what type of art it is (hand drawn or 3D)
I'm really disappointed in this place. I honestly was going to refer my friend here but after my experience, I changed my mind. I am not sure if I will be returning.
