  • Amazing business experience. I have a mailbox there, they hold all my packages until I'm back in town. They are very knowledgeable, they learn your name, I feel like they value my business. I had another mailbox at UPS store for a year, I was emailed daily that my package would be sent back and put on a countdown. I was never more than 3 days picking up a package, I travel for a living so having a business that say "no worries, we'll hold it" is what I need. I am moving to another part of town but because the service is top notch, I'll continue to keep this mailbox even though I have to drive a few extra miles. I also had an issue with my settings on my computer, they provided the fix and never charged me for the information.
