  • Never saw an email reminder of my cleaning i had scheduled a couple weeks back. Get a call at 7am saying someones on there way. I call and tell them im not even in town i need to cancel. Talk to a rep and tell them i just want to cancel my regular cleanings. She quickly says no problem. I mentioned, im sure you can see i had to cancel today can i get a refund for a service i didn't even get since im cancelling. She said no. My card was already charged and its a done deal since i have already cancelled my regular cleanings... So i got charged 67 dollars for a service i never got! Really?! I do not recommend it
