Wow!!! Charter is the most disorganized and unprofessional company that I have ever seen. We ordered a new install, and we informed customer service that there was no cable line installed in the house. We explicitly asked for an aerial install for our cable line. Charter sent TWO separate digging crews to our house to install underground lines. The service technicians were dumbfounded when we told them that it was an aerial install. After three separate attempts, finally a technician came by to correctly install the correct service! And even then, special fees were applied that we were not informed about. This entire process greatly wasted our time, and has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a company. I NEVER want to do business with Charter Communications again. For a communications company, they have the most haphazard communication system I have ever seen. I will stick with AT&T or other companies in the future. Please save your aggravation for a better company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHARTER!!
