  • Town Square location has been my fave since I moved here a couple years ago as the staff is always friendly and customer service on point until tonight. I love Teavana. Walked in with my sister to peruse and order a couple custom drinks as I usually do. The two sales people never acknowledged or greeted us at all since we walked in the door. They kept chatting away, they even walked in the back and disappeared for a bit. They still didn't approach is at all as they were chatting at the the register. It took about 5 minutes of me standing at the register (note that no other customers were around) until the one sales associate asked if we were going to order a custom drink. After I replied she said they were only doing samples that were already out. Mind you it was only 6pm. This one bad experience has really put me off that I may likely not return to this location at all! They just lost a sale as I normally buy a few of my favorite teas and some of the seasonal ones as well! Bring back the friendly & professional customer service please!
