  • My clothes were to be ready by 4pm on Friday. They weren't so I came back at 9:45 am on Saturday and they still were not ready, because they forgot to bring it over from the other store. Asked to speak to a manager who told me my only option was to wait. I was going out of town so asked if I could pick up the next day. Would not accommodate cause it was Sunday. Asked if it could be sent to my house. Would not accommodate.
