  • They do what ever they can not to book your trip. I called months ago to try to take it in June. Was told June was booked so I had to go in July. I booked the trip which I thought I did because I was told I would get a call about our flight. Now I read the conformation letter to only find out I had to confirm a second time. Oh of course it is too late to confirm for my trip at the end of July. I work for a school district and my husband in retail so we just can not hop on a plane anytime. This free trip is not a free trip so when someone advertises you got a free trip to Vegas do not think it will be easy to take. I am so disgusted with this company. I do hope I get my refund. I am so so disappointed. We were so looking forward to this trip. I just do not understand why I was told I would get a phone call to confirm but find out now I had to call. I sure other people have better luck then me. I am in tears right now because what I thought was going to be a nice getaway turned into a not so nice getaway. One more thing they need to train their people better on giving the correct information. The only positive thing I can say is the girl I talk to today let me rant and tried to be nice. Oh asked to talk to management and their was no one available.
