| - I've been a patient of Debbie Wilson's for over 15 years. Do you want a doc who's current in her field, there for you when you REALLY need her (like when you're about to go into surgery) and is highly respected by the hospital staff who work with her on all of her procedures? (They're the ones in the know!) I needed a well-respected, highly educated, on-top-of-the-latest pro. I didn't need a new best friend. Turns out, MY respectful approach invited Doc to be the same. It's taken us awhile to get to know and appreciate each other, but Debbie Wilson has been worth the wait. I trust her. Isn't that most important? We've all become so spoiled in this age of instant gratification and entitlement that we expect customer service to be the same in a doctor's office as it is in a restaurant. It's even more of a two-way street actually. Do unto others as you want others to do unto you, right? Some of the gals in the office DO leave something to be desired in the "respect the patients; they're why you have a job" category. Even efficient to a fault. I agree. Most of the staff, as well as the other docs, are outstanding, kind and helpful, however, like their boss. High quality care, trustworthy and honest. Bingo.
